Analyze the economic consequences of the enactment of the following constitutional amendment:

Definition: “peaceful human action” is that which does not coercively harm others, where “harm” is an invasion into another’s proper domain.

“Honest human action” is that which does not use force or fraud.

Amendment:

Congress (or a state legislature) shall make no law, nor shall a government agency issue any regulation, restricting any peaceful and honest adult competent human action, any state interest to the contrary notwithstanding. All such laws, and sections of such laws, are hereby repealed.
