Analyze the economic consequences of the enactment of the following constitutional amendment:

Definition: peaceful human action is that which does not coercively harm others, where “harm” is an invasion into another’s proper domain, excluding pecuniary external effects.

Congress (or a state legislature) shall make no law restricting any peaceful and honest adult human action, not involving force or fraud, any state interest to the contrary notwithstanding.
All such heretofore laws, and sections of such laws, are hereby repealed.
